Travel in Medway

Medway is well connected to the rest of South-East England and, subsequently, the rest of the country.

BY ROAD

Medway can easily be reached via major motorways. From north, south and west via M25/A2/M2 (junctions 1-4). From London via M25/M26/M20 (junctions 4 for A228 or 6 for A229).

BY RAIL

Train services in Medway are operated by Southeastern. Medway has five main rail stations: Chatham, Rochester, Strood, Gillingham and Rainham. The nearest train station is Chatham. There are also regular high speed trains (HS1) linking Medway to London in as little as 34 minutes.
